Naoki Ueyama is a partner in the real estate team of the Tokyo office.

He has extensive experience in advising on transactions related to real estate, real estate finance, structured finance and acquisition finance. He also advises on green financings, including on the first green loan and the first sustainability-linked loan that were used to finance data center developments in Japan. He often acts as lead counsel for Japanese and international investors and financial institutions in real estate investments. He is experienced in acting as legal counsel for leading investment funds as well as leading financial institutions.
