Yeji is a corporate lawyer who advises on a wide range of corporate matters and venture capital work at all stages of a company's lifecycle. She has experience advising founders, start-ups and high-growth companies as well as investors.
Prior to joining Withers, she worked at an international law firm and at a Big 4 and gained experience on various cross-border corporate transactions including private and public M&As, restructuring, and general corporate advisory work.
