*Withers Bengoshi Houjin is organised as a local partnership, under the Japanese Civil Code, whose partners are only Japanese qualified lawyers (bengoshi) and non-Japanese lawyers (attorneys-at-law admitted in California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii and New York) who are registered foreign lawyers in Japan (gaikokuho jimu bengoshi). Yoshiyuki Omori is from Withers Bengoshi Houjin.
Yoshiyuki Omori is a partner in the investment management team of the Tokyo office.
He advises both domestic and foreign financial investment institutions and investment funds on Japanese financial regulations for over 10 years at international law firms in Tokyo.
He has been part of an investment management practice that has historically been recognized as one of the top asset management practices in Japan by AsianInvestor and Chambers.
