Zoe is an associate in the trust, estate and inheritance disputes team.
Zoe acts for private individuals, trustees, and charities across a range of inheritance, will and trust disputes. She has experience of issues relating to contentious estate administration, will validity disputes and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 as well as matters in the Court of Protection.
She also advises on professional negligence claims involving estate planning, trust and succession issues.
