Anthony advises on a variety of real estate transactions. His background includes multiple stints in retail conveyancing, providing him with knowledge on the sale and purchase of private properties, part-share transactions, refinancing, collective sales and HDB eligibility matters.His experience also includes the reviewing of tenancy agreements, drafting of wills and assisting in probate matters.
ME IN A MINUTE
Ever since I was a teenager, I have been fascinated by how home ownership works in land scarce Singapore, especially with our home ownership rate sitting above 90%.
That curiosity pushed me to get accredited as a Real Estate Salesperson so I could really understand how the industry works from the inside.
I eventually set that aside to become an advocate and solicitor, but the experience gave me a foundation to build on and a deeper appreciation of the property landscape.
My practice requires me to stay closely attuned to the property market, enabling me to keep track of emerging trends and developments. Purchasing a property is often one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions my clients will make, and it is both my privilege and joy to guide them through that journey, ensuring their interests are carefully protected at every step.
On a lighter note, I play recreational badminton regularly to make sure that while I may have stopped growing vertically, I don’t continue to grow horizontally.
