Arielle is a partner in the real estate team.
She practices with the real estate group and is based out of the New York Office. She assists the firm's clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, financing, development, and commercial leasing. Arielle has specialized expertise in structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures and utilizes her deep knowledge of the commercial real estate lifecycle to advise developers, investors and other market participants in the implementation of joint ventures for various classes of real estate, including both single asset and portfolio transactions.
Achievements
Arielle has been acknowledged as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2015 and listed in New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Women in Commercial Real Estate.
