Elliot is special counsel in the corporate team.
His practice focuses on employment law, executive compensation and employee benefits issues. He advises clients on the structure, implementation and administration of executive compensation, equity compensation, qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, programs and arrangements, including ERISA, federal tax, accounting and securities implications.
Elliot assists clients on a range of day-to-day compliance matters including preparation of amendments to employment agreements, equity compensation plans and deferred compensation plans, summary plan descriptions, ERISA, tax and corporate governance issues, employee communications and public announcements. He also represents clients in connection with employee benefits and compensation issues arising in the context of various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and various financing arrangements.
