Giverny is in the third seat of her training contract with the Corporate Team
Giverny is in the third seat of her training contract with the Corporate Team, where she is supervised jointly by Agnes Macduff and Jamal Saleh. Giverny assists on a range of corporate transactions, such as share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, reorganisations and start-ups, and supports matters across the firm that involving the family, employment, and private client teams.
Giverny previously sat with the Litigation and Arbitration Team, supervised by Dr Robert Kovacs. In this seat she worked on the British Virgin Islands Commission of Inquiry into corruption and abuse of public office, international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, public international law issues, and a variety of litigation matters.
Giverny’s first seat was with the Rural Property Team, supervised by Edward Jarron, where she focused on the acquisition and disposal of rural properties, including sporting estates and grouse moors, farms, country houses, listed buildings, and heritage sites, as well as undertaking commercial real estate work.
