Harjeet is a senior associate in the Criminal litigation team.
Harjeet commenced practice in 2016 under a prominent senior lawyer in Singapore where she gained significant criminal defence litigation experience. She has handled and assisted in a wide range of criminal matters including but not limited to drug offences, murder, sexual offences, cheating, corruption, voluntarily causing hurt and road traffic offences. Additionally, she also has experience assisting in Disciplinary Tribunal hearings. Regardless of the offence, Harjeet firmly believes that every accused person deserves to be heard and she is committed to achieving the best outcome for each client.Asides from criminal defence litigation, Harjeet has considerable experience in Civil Litigation, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Contractual Disputes, Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Employment matters, and applications under the Mental Capacity Act.
Harjeet is passionate about giving back to society and is an active volunteer lawyer with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. She is on the register of Junior Assisting Counsel under the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences and is also a mentor with the Children At Risk Empowerment Association of Singapore.
Harjeet is a committee member of the Criminal Law Practice of the Law Society of Singapore and Criminal Legal Aid Scheme of Pro Bono SG, a community legal clinic in Singapore.

Acted for directors of a Singapore company to establish that course of conduct of a director post resignation, reflected a withdrawal of said director's resignation. (Bhavin Rashmi Mehta v Chetan Mehta & Ors [2022] SGHC 173)
Disciplinary Tribunal proceeding
Acted as co-counsel for the Law Society of Singapore in the Disciplinary Tribunal proceeding against two lawyers.
