Prior to this, Josefina sat in the Litigation and Arbitration team where she assisted in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations as well as in public international law matters. Josefina also supported various pro-bono matters including submissions to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

Josefina previously completed a seat in the Corporate team, assisting with a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on providing advice to start-ups, entrepreneurs, investors and high-growth companies - from seed investments to later stage funding in the venture capital and tech sectors.

Josefina's first seat was in the Commercial Real Estate team where she worked on a wide range of transactional matters, including landlord and tenant work, developments, acquisitions and disposals for charities, commercial institutions, and high net worth individuals. 
 
Prior to completing the LPC, Josefina worked for different charities and international organisations. Most recently, this included working for an institution investing in scientific research and innovation – partnering with some of the UK’s pre-eminent and upcoming scientists in the United Kingdom and beyond. She has also worked for a leading global technology company in the Middle East.
