Born and raised in the Houston area, Paige is a Board-Certified Texas Estate Planning and Probate attorney with a diverse client base including new families with young children, wealthy families with multiple generations, and small business owners. She has earned the AV Preeminent® peer-review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Paige has helped clients with many legal matters, including creating wills and trusts, family partnerships, asset protection, tax savings, probate and guardianship matters.
Paige takes a practical approach to solving problems for her clients, looking for the most cost-efficient method to achieve the desired result. She has over 25 years of practical experience and understands the dynamics and concerns of today's diverse families. She offers a personal, caring approach through the probate and guardianship process and will assist you with the formalities of dealing with the court.
Her background in accounting and tax complements her legal expertise, allowing her to provide well-rounded services for her clients. She also counsels small businesses on corporate matters such as formation, leases, sales, and contract matters. Paige has extensive experience in guiding her clients through the courts in Harris, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. She earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Paige worked for Arthur Andersen in the tax department for five years before joining the firm of Dale A. Dossey in 2001 and serving as a partner in Dossey & Jones, PLLC from 2011 until 2022. She has been certified as an Attorney Ad Litem for heirship and guardianship matters since 2002 and is admitted to practice law in all courts in Texas, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
