He has advised and acted for clients in high-value and complex disputes involving corruption, fraud and conspiracy, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, shareholders' dispute, defamation, and minority oppression.
Raj regularly appears before the Singapore courts and has been involved in international arbitrations under various institutional arbitration regimes, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
