Rosan is an associate in our corporate team.
Rosan advises employers and executives in all aspects of employment law. She regularly advises employers on employment and compliance policies, including hiring and recruiting, worker classification, personnel policies, review and development of handbooks, and other internal policies and guidelines. She also conducts, directs, and advises on workplace investigations involving whistleblower allegations, discrimination, and harassment. On the executive side, Rosan advises individuals on employment agreements, severance packages, and other issues arising during and after employment.
Before joining Withers, Rosan worked on employment and civil litigation matters. She has experience litigating employment issues involving wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination.
