Ruby is a partner in the commercial real estate team.

Ruby has extensive experience leading in complex and high value commercial real estate investment transactions, across all asset classes including offices, retail, logistics, data centres and retirement living. Ruby acts as the trusted advisor to global family offices, UHNW clients and institutions investing into UK property.

Ruby co-heads the Global India group at Withers and acts for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients and clients all around the world in respect of their UK commercial real estate requirements.  She has a wide international network of contacts who are experienced in the Indian market and maintains close relationships with many of the large global banks with India desks.  Ruby travels to India regularly and speaks Punjabi and Hindi fluently.
