Winston is a partner in the corporate team.

His corporate practice covers a wide spectrum of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and banking and corporate restructuring.

Winston's practice focuses on cross border transactions and foreign direct investment in Asia, in particular, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

His clients include local and foreign small and medium enterprises, multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises, the majority of which are in the energy and shipping industries.

Winston is also the Vice Chair of the Banking and Finance Committee for The Law Association for Asia and the Asia Pacific (LAWASIA).
