Off-payroll tax (IR35)
Could you be liable to pay more tax from April 2021?
You may already be aware that you could be liable to pay more tax from April 2021, as part of the changes to the way in which some self-employed consultants are taxed (the IR35 regime). To understand what is changing, how it might affect you and what we can do to help, read on:
- A company engaging individuals who provide their services through personal services companies (‘PSCs’)?
- An agency providing the services of individuals who operate through PSCs? or
- An individual who provides their services through PSCs (e.g. contractors, consultants, interim managers)?
If so, you may be affected by the change to how IR35 will now apply in the private sector.
