Linda is a senior associate in the private client and tax team.
Linda advises U.S. and international families, business owners, and investors on structuring, tax, and compliance matters. She focuses on the formation and administration of single-family offices and private trust companies, helping clients design and manage these complex structures efficiently and effectively. Her work often involves guiding multinational and multigenerational families on best practices for governance and operations. A core part of Linda’s practice is advising on U.S. income tax and regulatory compliance to ensure clients meet their obligations while achieving their long-term goals.
