Tori is a senior associate on our private client and tax team.
She focuses her practice on advising high net worth individuals and families with complex needs on a variety of trust and estate matters, including tax planning, generational estate planning, trustee requirements, beneficiary rights and estate administration matters.
Tori also advises clients on different estate planning structures and strategies, including revocable trusts, testamentary trusts, irrevocable trusts, asset protection trusts and trust decanting, as well as devises estate planning mechanisms for non-U.S. citizens.
She develops sophisticated estate plans for clients and drafts estate planning documents including, but not limited to, wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and living wills.
Tori is recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Tax Law and Trusts and Estates.
