Me in a minute
I truly enjoy the international aspects of my practice
I have always loved reading and writing, and I wanted to be an author when I was a young child. In college, I sought out a career in which I would read and write on a regular basis. I decided to be a lawyer upon taking a Constitutional Law course in college; I enjoyed the lively discussions about the rights and liberties granted to us under the US Constitution (and the corresponding limitations on those rights and liberties). I'm so thankful that I took that course, as it led me to a career in which I read and write every day!
I spent a summer in college working for the US Department of State, and ever since that experience I have wanted to work with international persons and cross-border transactions. I truly enjoy the international aspects of my practice, especially meeting clients and families from many different backgrounds and cultures.
I also enjoy learning about my clients' businesses and families and helping them create estate plans and trust structures that will help them achieve their objectives. Everyone has different goals, and no two estate plans are the same. I especially love drafting bespoke estate plans and trusts and creating structures that are tailored to the unique needs of each of my clients and their families.
