Brett is an associate in the trusts, estates and charitable planning team.

He advises individuals, families, and institutions on tax, trust, and estate planning. Brett's practice is devoted to preserving legacies, sustaining generational continuity, and approaching complex planning matters with discretion and care. His experience includes multigenerational wealth structures, comprehensive trust design and administration, and coordinated planning that often spans both U.S. and international considerations.  

He serves on the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Greenwich Bar Association.  

Admitted in New York, Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, and the District of Columbia, Brett provides steady, thoughtful guidance across jurisdictions.
