Joseph is a partner based in London who advises on the US tax aspects of private wealth structures, closely held businesses, investment products, and funds. His practice focuses on the interaction between personal tax and business tax structuring, with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurs, executives, and trusts with some connection to the United States.
