Tom is a commercial real estate lawyer that trained with the firm and became a partner in 2021.

His work includes matters for businesses and private clients, institutions, developers and investors. Whilst his practice covers all areas of commercial real estate, he has particular experience acting for clients in the hospitality sector, founders and investors and their businesses, and charities. 

Tom has a particular interest in the future of real estate and has been involved in a number of the firm's key thought leadership initiatives in this area, including our report 'The Future of Real Estate: work, home and social' . He regularly advises clients who are affected by the role of real estate in the new economy.
