Acted for Ant Group in their US$550m acquisition of a majority stake in 2C2P, a leading Singapore-based payment platform that enables businesses to securely accept and process online and offline payments across multiple channels with an extensive network across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore.

Acted for Chinese private equity firm CDH Investments on its investment in the Ednovation Group, the pioneer in educational technology in pre-schools which currently manages and operates more than 50 pre-schools in Singapore, ASEAN and the PRC.

Acted for Citibank Hong Kong in their disposal of shares in China UnionPay Co. Ltd.

Acted for Citibank on the sale of its five consumer bank franchises in Southeast Asia - in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. At a deal value of over US$3bn, this was one of the largest M&A deals in Asia Pacific in 2021.

Acted for Glints, a recruitment and career development platform based in SEA named as one of LinkedIn's top startups in 2020, on its US$6.8m Series B investment round led by Monk’s Hill Ventures.

Acted for Grain, a food technology startup based in Singapore which was named as one of LinkedIn’s most promising start ups in Singapore, on its US$10m Series B investment round led by Singha Ventures.

Acted for ABC Impact, a member of Temasek Trust Asset Management, on its US$50m co-investment alongside HSBC Asset Management’s Energy Transition Infrastructure (ETI) Team into Tekoma Energy, an energy transition platform with existing operations in Japan and Taiwan. Headquartered in Japan, Tekoma Energy is an energy transition platform specialising in the development and operation of solar photovoltaics (PV) projects, with plans to expand into South Korea and battery energy storage systems and to build out a portfolio of more than 400 megawatts of solar PV projects.

Acted for Thailand based LINE MAN Wongnai on its US$265m Series B investment round with GIC as the lead investor. With this funding round, LINE MAN Wongnai, a Thailand-based food delivery company, became the fourth unicorn in Thailand with a valuation of over US$1bn.

Acted for Love, Bonito on its US$50m Series C investment round. Love, Bonito is a Singapore’s largest home-grown international fashion brand, with humble beginnings as an online blog shop on Livejournal that has now expanded into the largest, vertically integrated, omnichannel womenswear brand in the region today.

Acted for Sequoia Capital India on its US$6m Series A investment round in LingoAce, a Singapore-based global education technology company and leading Mandarin Chinese language learning platform which has a global base across more than 100 countries and regions.
