Ceri is the Chief Executive Officer of Withers.

Over a career spanning nearly 25 years, she has built a reputation as a trusted adviser to founders, entrepreneurs and international families, helping them navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Her background in corporate tax, combined with deep experience in private client work, gives her a distinctive perspective on how wealth is created, structured and sustained.

Ceri is known for cutting through complexity and focusing on practical outcomes. She has advised extensively on cross-border tax and trust arrangements, carried interest and sophisticated holding structures including the novel use of insurance products. Many of her clients have US connections. 

Previously co-head of the firm’s European private client and tax practice, she now leads Withers as CEO, with a focus on the firm's long-term strategy, growth and continued investment in its people, clients and international reach. She continues to practise and advise clients alongside her role as CEO.
