Andy is a senior associate in the corporate team.
He works across a broad range of corporate transactions including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations alongside providing corporate advisory work. He works with a variety of clients including founders, management, entrepreneurs and family offices across a number of different sectors. Andy has particular experience advising on football club acquisitions and disposals and other sports law matters.
