Marc is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

Marc’s disputes experience spans across several areas, and he has acted for clients in contractual disputes; shareholders’ disputes; breaches of fiduciary duties; commercial fraud; defamation; conspiracy; and contested divorce.

Having been involved in a broad spectrum of disputes, Marc is able to advise on all stages of the resolution process (from pre-action to enforcement) and develop strategic solutions for clients across different industries. Where necessary, he also contemplates problem points and litigation risks in order to prevent disputes from even crystallizing.

Separately, Marc has also assisted in cases involving criminal offences under the Penal Code 1871 and the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973.
