Matin is a paralegal in the Litigation and Aribitration team.
Matin has a broad commercial and criminal disputes practice. His areas of practice includes commercial litigation, international arbitration, and white-collar defence and investigations.
He has assisted in a myriad of complex commercial disputes across a wide range of areas including technology, banking and finance, estates, trusts, shareholder and contractual disputes. On the international arbitration front, Matin has experience in international commercial arbitrations and investor-state arbitration.
Matin also has an active practice in criminal disputes, with a particular focus on white collar crime and investigations. Matin's experience include matters involving fraud, insider trading, cheating, money-laundering, corruption and extradition/mutual legal assistance matters.

If I'm not busy drafting a legal document, or researching on a point of law, you'd catch me on a flight overseas or watching Star Wars.
I enjoy travelling and exploring the world. I've got a bucket list of places which I'd love to go. The next on my list is Norway. I've heard that the Lofoten Islands are beautiful.
Relatedly, I enjoy the challenge of handling cross border disputes. The additional foreign element adds to the complexity of the case. Having to manage foreign clients and counsel gives a rich experience for a local Singaporean like me.
