Ryan is an associate in the Singapore office.
His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investments, joint ventures as well as cross-border corporate reorganisations.Prior to joining Withers, Ryan practised at a prominent boutique law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, where he advised clients ranging from start-ups to MNCs on a variety of corporate actions.
He contributes a strong commercial perspective and broad sector experience to the team's work.

I enjoy moving deals forward, simplifying complexity and helping clients make confident commercial decisions.
I've always been curious about how people and businesses operate, thus I derive real satisfaction from understanding the commercial nuances of a client's business and how those dynamics shape a deal beyond what the paperwork shows.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I grew up watching how much heart, judgement and perseverance go into building something from the ground up. These observations have stayed with me and ultimately drew me to corporate law – a space where I can help others build with purpose and grow in the same way.
Outside of the office, I stay active through workouts and runs, which keep me centred, energised and mentally sharp.
