Winnie is a senior associate in our corporate team.

She is experienced in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employment issues, franchising, licensing, distribution, intellectual property and data privacy matters. She aims to provide all-rounded legal services to clients to enhance and safeguard their interests against possible business and structural risks, such as regulatory compliance, corporate governance and exit mechanisms.

Winnie has advised clients and negotiated with counterparties coming from a broad spectrum of background ranging from start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises to listed companies and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Withers, she was the head of the corporate and commercial department of a long-standing local law firm in Hong Kong.
