Represent Payward, Inc., in plaintiff's appeal to the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, of a near unanimous jury verdict denying plaintiff's whistleblower retaliation claims.
 

Prevailed in Appellate Division, First Department, which ruled that jury’s verdict that Will was a product of fraudulent inducement and undue influence collaterally estopped petitioner from seeking to probate codicil executed 8 days earlier. 

Represented cryptocurrency exchange in Second Circuit appeal of trial court's dismissal of former trading desk COO's breach of contract action. 

Won an appeal in the Second Circuit of a preliminary injunction against retaliation und the FLSA.

The Republic of Argentina in an appeal to the Second Circuit and a petition for a writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court concerning Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act issues for breach of contract claims associated with Argentina's nationalization of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YSF) in 2012.
