Kenley is an associate in the private client and tax team.
Kenley is an associate in the private client and tax team at Withers Bergman LLP and focuses on a variety of legal areas relating to art. Her work includes: advising on discrete art purchases, sales, consignments, loans and charitable gifts; engaging in tax, trust and estate planning and administration for art collectors and their families; advising collectors on acquisitions of cultural property; and representing borrowers in lending transactions using fine art as collateral. She also represents high net worth individuals and their families in trust and estate planning matters more broadly.
Kenley is an active member of the New York City Bar Association’s Estate and Gift Taxation Committee and the Greenwich Historical Society Professional Advisory Council. Prior to joining Withers, Kenley worked as a trusts and estates attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.
