Kenley is an associate in the art law team.

Kenley’s practice focuses on a variety of legal areas relating to art. Her work commonly involves: advising art collectors and art galleries on, and negotiating, art purchases, sales, consignments, loans and charitable gifts; engaging in tax, trust and estate planning and administration for art collectors and their families, legal counsel and financial advisors; advising artists and their families on the consignments and sales of their artworks, including NFT art; advising nonprofit art organizations on various grant-making, transactional and compliance issues; advising on art-related legal issues applicable to art investment funds; advising collectors on acquisitions of cultural property and property containing restricted materials; and representing borrowers in lending transactions using fine art as collateral. She also represents high net worth individuals and their families in trust and estate planning matters more broadly. 

Kenley is an active member of the New York City Bar Association's Estate and Gift Taxation Committee and the Greenwich Historical Society Professional Advisory Council. Prior to joining Withers, Kenley worked as a trusts and estates attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.
